Site Based Publication
Since 1979, Waterways has encouraged site based
publications in classrooms throughout the five boroughs of New
York City, The Waterways Project of Ten Penny Players,
Inc. has published thousands of different literary anthologies
for student authors attending school in traditional and alternative
school sites.
