Ten Penny Players (a 501c3 not for profit) is an award winning arts in education program that integrates small press publishing, literacy,  performance, service learning, computer skills, and critical thinking into a curriculum created for a network of schools, libraries, community based organizations, and distant learners.  Through workshops, publications and performances, Waterways encourages all participants to actively engage in creative communities.
